Yankee Springs & Pontiac Lake Rec Area. She has shaved as much as 35mins off of her previous years time, for each race, and has managed to get a 1st place medal at Pontiac Lake. She has the 2ND race of the MMBA Championship series this Sunday @ Fort Custard. She road her bike around the neighborhood this past Tues for an hr with her younger sister, (Who is her biggest fan), playing follow the leader. She braved the extreme heat and wind for an 18mile training ride on the gravel, dirt, cement, and MTB trails, around and through Ruby Campground. She just turned 9y/o and if you were to ask her if there is something she would rather be doing, she would ask you if you were crazy... Avery is really enjoying the daily challenges of mountain biking and we teach her that cycling is more of a life style then just a sport to compete in. She uses the ride time to help clear her body of all of the idol energy that doesn't get expelled throughout the normal day. </span></div>

We are very proud of Avery and her lead by example mind set that she seems to have. We try and keep it fun, because any body can win if they train hard enough, but not everyone can realize it's suppose to be FUN!</div>

Look for the map on the left hand side of our blog. That map will be updated before each new group ride happens. Not every ride will be for any type of rider, but I did try and accommodate to all levels of rider. Anyone can join in. If the distance is too great, then simply pull back and wrap it up for the day, but the rides will have a specific goal to them and for the most part, that will be the distance we are going after. There are quite a mixture of places and rides to see and enjoy. I hope you make a few and share in some memories! </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">If you have any questions or concerns please call me @ 586.864.2578</div><br />

Within this club will be a fresh new mountain bike team to join the MI mountain bike scene. This team will consist of adults and kids under the age of 16. Our goal is to attract the youth of today and GET THEM OFF OF THE COUCH! We are working out a lot of the details, so please keep us in mind and be patient as we are reinventing the wheel.<br />
